Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

Do my included sessions roll over?
No. Included Open Play sessions reset each month and do not roll over.

What if I late cancel or don't show up?
To keep seats available for everyone, late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our Membership Policies. Included sessions used for missed reservations are forfeited.

Can I use multiple included sessions at once?
Included sessions are for the active member and cannot be transferred to others.
