Scout's Honor Trailblazers

Help Shape What's Next.

At Scout's Honor, we believe the best ideas come from the people living them.

That's why we're launching the Scout's Honor Trailblazers—a year-long ambassador program for a small group of local high school and college women who want to make an impact in their community while gaining real-world experience in marketing, retail, entrepreneurship, and social media.

As a Trailblazer, you'll have a seat at the table.

You'll help influence products, events, and experiences at Scout's Honor while building leadership skills, creating content, connecting with other young women, and having a lot of fun along the way.

Whether you're passionate about fashion, photography, social media, business, design, community, or simply love discovering what's next, we'd love to meet you.

Two Programs. One Community.

High School Trailblazers

Designed for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors from local high schools.

You'll help us stay connected to what's happening in your school community—from trends and school spirit to events, gifting, style, and everything in between.

College Trailblazers

Designed for students attending local colleges and universities.

You'll help shape lifestyle products, apartment décor, entertaining ideas, gifting, wellness, weekend experiences, and the things that matter most to college students.

What You'll Do

As a Scout's Honor Trailblazer, you'll:

  • Attend one monthly Trailblazer meeting at Scout's Honor

  • Share ideas on products, events, and new experiences

  • Test new merchandise before it's released

  • Create authentic social media content

  • Participate in photo and video shoots

  • Represent Scout's Honor at select community events

  • Help us discover what's trending

  • Build friendships with other creative young women

  • Gain valuable experience you can include on college, scholarship, and résumé applications

What We're Looking For

You don't need thousands of followers to be a Trailblazer.

We're looking for young women who are:

  • Willing to bring fresh ideas to the table

Most importantly, we're looking for people who love encouraging others and making their community even better.

Program Details

Term: August through May

Meetings: One evening each month (approximately one hour)

Cohort Size: Approximately five High School Trailblazers and five College Trailblazers selected each year.

Participants should be able to attend monthly meetings and actively participate throughout the school year.

High school applicants under 18 will need parent or guardian permission to participate.
